Elizabeth J. Freedman

Elizabeth June Freedman, age 88 was called home on June 9, 2018. Born in Philadelphia of her proud parents, Corwin and Gladys Marshall (nee Westbrook) She graduated from Frankford HS and Frankford School of Nursing. She was married to Felix Freedman for 66YRS. They met in Huntingdon Valley. They were married August 1951. Elizabeth was the devoted wife of Felix Henry Freedman. Loving mother of Nancy Jean Freedman, Kathleen Anne Letenauchyn (Peter deceased), Thomas Lloyd Freedman (Karen) and Terry Lee Freedman. Grandmother of Brian Thomas (Katherine), Kevin Joseph (Yasmine), Katlyn Marie (Eric), Senia Elizabeth, Gretchen Lyn, Krista Lee,and Paul John (Adrienne). Great grandmother of Kennedy Grace, Carson Thomas, Alessandra Rose, Meghan Alyssa, Courtney Nichole, Caroline Alexis, Charlie Gray and Parker Sterling. There will be a private family committal of Elizabeth's cremains, follow by a Memorial Service on Saturday June 23, 2018 at 1 PM at the United Methodist Church of Huntingdon Valley, 3470 Huntingdon Pike, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006. The family will revive friends from 12 noon to the time of service. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made in Elizabeth’s memory to Operation Smile and United Methodist Church of Huntingdon Valley.
