Born in Atlantic City, NJ, Jane grew up at the beach and spent many days sun tanning and playing in the water with her cousins.
In 1960, she married her husband, Thomas F. Hanratty. Together they had four children and Jane’s days became filled with raising her family. She pushed her children to be their best.
