Janet P. Toof died on Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at her residence. She was 86 years of age. Born in New York City, she was the daughter of the late George H. and Mary Berger Heahle. Janet was a longtime resident of Philadelphia.
Mrs. Toof was a homemaker. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, as well as traveling.
Janet was the beloved wife of Arnold Toof for 42 years before his death in 1990. She was the devoted mother of David (Judy) and Richard Toof. She was the loving grandmother of Zachary, Jennifer, Alexander, Brandon, Connor, Madison, and Logan Toof.
Relatives and friends are invited to call from 10 to 11AM on Friday, July 1st at the Lamb Funeral Home, 101 Byberry Road, Huntingdon Valley, PA. 19006
Her service will be at 11:00am. The interment will follow in Shalom Memorial Park.
The family will observe Shiva at her residence, following the burial.
