Joe graduated from Council Rock High School in 1995, and Attended the University of the Arts in Philadelphia. He had many interests, including Sports and Music. He was also a talented, gifted artist and loved to read. He was loved by all people, who knew him for his kind loving heart.

Joe was the beloved son of Joanne ( Tom ) Davis, and Steve Appell. He will be sadly missed by his sister Kristen Appell, his son Alex, Many aunts, uncles, cousins , and by all who knew him.
