Linda Sue Brown Abbott

Linda S. Abbott died on Sunday, November 1, 2015 at her residence. She was 61 years of age. Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Madeline McMaster Brown Mirkil and Cal Brown. Linda was a Feasterville resident for 34 years and had previously lived in Philadelphia.

Mrs. Abbott was a retired employee of Contract Express in Bensalem. She was an avid Disney fan.

Linda was the beloved wife of Thomas Abbott for 20 years until his death in 2002. She was the devoted mother of Melisa Thievon (Edward) of Southampton, Daniel Abbott of Philadelphia and stepmother of Victoria Kenney and Thomas Abbott, both of Feasterville. She was the sister of Ralph, Carl, and Guy Brown, Sherry Beck and the late Ronnie Mirkil and the late George Brown. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to call on Friday, November 6th from 10:30 to 11:00 AM at the Assumption BVM Church, 1900Meadowbrook Road (at Bristol Road), Feasterville. Her Memorial Mass will be at 11:00 AM. Inurnment will follow in Forest Hills Cemetery in Huntingdon Valley.
