Shelby Karl Weigold Marion passed away on Wednesday, August 19, 2020. He was twenty-eight years of age. Shelby was born on February 14, 1992 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Anita L. Marion and Rusty Marion. He had lived in Myrtle Beach for the past three years. He was previously a longtime resident of Philadelphia.
Shelby is survived by his mother, Anita L Marion and father, Rusty Marion. He is also survived by his aunts and uncles, Brady and Pam Marion, Steve and Christine Marion, David and Troy Marion-Arnold, Michael Toth, Cindy Toth
Shelby was a Navy veteran. He was an air traffic controller at the Myrtle Beach International Airport.
Shelby was an avid runner, participating in numerous marathons. He also enjoyed weight lifting, hiking and climbing.
Relatives and friends are invited to his graveside service at 12 noon on Monday, August 31, 2020 at Shalom Memorial Park, 3571 Pine Road, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006.
