David Wayne Payne

David Payne, 58 of South Whitley, passed away on Saturday morning at his home. Some of things that David loved to do was paint, sit out in the Sun and grill barbeque chicken on his “chicken grill”. He always loved spending time with his family and having a full house. David was born on April 15, 1965. A son of the late Robert and Vivian (Tanner) Payne. Survivors include three daughters: Brittany (Travis) Scott of Columbia City; Cristin Payne of Fort Wayne and Tiffany Parfait of Pierceton. Two Sons: Randall Payne of South Whitley and Jason (Lori) Payne of Union City. Three brothers: Bob (Vicki) Payne of Columbia City; Chris (Amy) Payne of Columbia City and Jeff Payne of South Whitley. A sister: Bridget (Terry) Smith of Huntington; a life partner: Liz Wood-P; and twelve grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two sisters: Yovanda Crossgrove and Vickie Creech.
