Dennis A. "Denny" Ross

Dennis “Denny” A. Ross, 72 of Huntington passed away on Sunday March 24, 2024 at Parkview Huntington Hospital. Denny was a member of the Moose Lodge # 837 and the American Legion Post 85. He graduated from Huntington North High School in 1970 and was an avid IU and Indianapolis Colts Fan. Denny was born on May 21, 1951 in Huntington, a son of the late Richard D. Ross and Caroline Ellet. He was united in marriage to Brenda Seabolt on July 21, 1973 in Huntington. They celebrated 50 years of marriage this past year. His wife survives. Additional Survivors include two daughters: Bethany (Jacob) Schrader of Columbia City and Michelle (Joseph) Potts of Columbia City; seven grandchildren: Colby, Carter, Josh, Leah, Grayson, Brianna, and Broderick. He was preceded in death by his father: Richard (Betty) Ross; his mother: Caroline Poole; a brother: Steve, a sister: Marsha; and a stepbrother: Gerry. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Saturday, April 13, 2024 at 12:30 p.m. at the Moose Lodge #837, 390 Frontage Rd, Huntington, IN 46750. Memorial donations can be made out to the Donor’s Choice of Charity sent in care of Myers Funeral Home, 2901 Guilford St., Huntington, Indiana.
