June A. Beaver Fox

June A. Fox, 82 of Warren passed away at 10:58 a.m. on Monday, March 18, 2013 at Heritage Pointe in Warren. June was a graduate of West Union High School. She was a member of the Union Church where she taught Sunday school and Vacation Bible School, she was also involved with women’s ministry. She worked as a receptionist at Majestic Corporation and First National Bank; she spent the majority of her life as a homemaker.

June was born on April 4, 1930 in Huntington, a daughter of Charles and Cholista (Frech) Beaver.

She was united in marriage to Clifford D Fox on March 4, 1951 at Union Church. He preceded her in death on December 18, 2011.

Survivors include five daughters: Kay (Brian) Schwartz of Fort Wayne; Diane Bonner of Roanoke; Pamela Fulton of Italy; Brenda (Ronnie) Jones of Huntington; Karen (Curt) Foughty of Ossian; two brothers: Dean Beaver of Huntington; Dale Beaver of Chula Vista, CA; a sister: Virginia Best of Markle; fourteen grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a grandson: Jordan Foughty.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 22, 2013 from 3:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the Myers Funeral Home Huntington Chapel, 2901 Guilford Street, Huntington, Indiana.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 23, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. with one hour of visitation prior to the service at the Myers Funeral Home Huntington Chapel with Gerald O. Moreland officiating.

Interment will take place at the Union Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made out to Alzheimer’s Research Foundation in care of Myers Funeral Home, 2901 Guilford Street, Huntington, IN 46750.
