Linda Mae Baker

Linda M. Baker, 44 of Huntington passed away at 12:55 am on Monday, November 17, 2014 at her residence. Linda was a 1989 graduate of Elmhurst High School. She was a member of the St. Peter Lutheran Church. She enjoyed bowling, hockey and going to summer camp most recently Bethesda, she enjoyed her family, holidays, talking to her sister on Skype, she never knew a stranger.

Linda was born on August 22, 1970 in Huntington, a daughter of Lawrence and Shirley (Vardaman) Baker.

Survivors include her mother: Shirley Baker of Huntington; a brother: Gary Baker of Huntington; a sister: Brenda Kline of Lansing, MI; a nephew: Brandan L. Baker and three nieces: Nicole Mayronne, Jamie Kline and Brittany Baker.

She was preceded in death by her father and a brother: Stevan E. Baker.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 19, 2014 from 3:00 – 7:00 pm at the Myers Funeral Home Huntington Chapel, 2901 Guilford Street, Huntington, Indiana.

Funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 20, 2014 at 11:00 am with one hour of calling prior to the service at the St. Peter Lutheran Church, 648 N. LaFontaine Street, Huntington with Rev. Tim Anderson officiating.

Interment will be at the Pilgrims Rest Cemetery.
