Jesus Christ visited our home in Bowling Green Ohio and took Louis Veilleux with Him to heaven at 2:15 pm. April 22, 2024. He was surrounded by loving family members in his death. Louis was greeted in heaven by his loving in-laws, Alvin and Gladys Glascock formerly of Huntington IN. Louis was born at home to his parents, Fernand and RoseAnge (Bellavance) Veilleux in Lac Etchemin du Ste Germaine Quebec Canada on June 2, 1948. They proudly named him, Joseph Honori Emilien Louis Nicol Veilleux. Louis was preceded in death by his Father, his mother still resides in Lac Etchemin. Louis married his sweetheart, Deborah (Glascock) Veilleux, on December 13, 1969. They recently moved to Ohio. Prior to that they resided for 24 years in Andrews Indiana and were members of Bethel Assembly of God Church. Before that the lived in Loogootee IN. Travel was a big part of his life as a General Foreman with Asplundh Brush Control, where he had retired after nearly 46 years. Louis leaves behind his wife, Debbie, two daughters and one son, ten grandchildren, and sixteen great-grandchildren. All of his grand and great- grandchildren were Louis’s ‘Kiddie-Cats,’ prized and dearly loved. His eldest daughter Sallie Estes resides in Sturgis MI, as well has her three daughters, one grandson and ten of Louis’ great-grandchildren. Nikki (Estes- Mrs. Dale) Miller with their four children Levi, Masen, Lucas, and Sadie Miller; Jenna (Estes) Holley with her four children, Braillyn and Brooklyn Holley, Cameron and Cayden Eash; Alyssa (Estes) Arellano and Roberto Arellano with their sons Malachi and Demetrius Arellano. A second daughter Jacquel (Mrs. Raymond) Klekamp with his granddaughter Kara all of Bowling Green OH. One grandson, Kyle (Sarah Keen) Klekamp with two grandchildren Abram and Eden Klekamp. Louis was eagerly expecting Kyle’s twin girls arriving in August all from Fayetteville NC, Last but not least Joseph Klekamp of Sylvania OH. Louis also leaves behind his son Courtney Veilleux, and daughter Caitlin Veilleux both of Huntington IN. Skyler Veilleux (Hunter Crays) and their children Madex, Kanan, and Millie Veilleux, Elijah Veilleux (Rose Clausen) all of Loogootee IN. Tyler (Mavin Chaney) Veilleux and their son Kopelin of Fort Wayne IN; three sisters, Reine Ange Veilleux Drummondville Quebec, Berengere Veilleux and Karence Veilleux all of Lac Etchemin Quebec, and two brothers Beal Veilleux of Lac Etchemin Quebec and Martel Veilleux St. Rose Station Quebec Canada. Visitation will be held on Friday, April 26, 2024 from 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm at the Myers Funeral Home Huntington Chapel, 2901 Guilford St., Huntington, Indiana. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, April 27, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. at the Myers Funeral Home, Huntington Chapel. There will be one hour of visitation prior to the service. Interment will take place at the Gardens of Memory Cemetery in rural Huntington County.
