Phillip "Phil" L. Crago, 70, of Huntington, passed away on Thursday, April 18, 2024 at his home. Phil was a 1971 graduate of Huntington North High School. Throughout his life Phil worked at many jobs, including Meldisco in Huntington, GDX and 5 hour in Wabash. He was a member of the Moose Lodge #837 and Masonic Lodge #483 F & AM, and was a fan of the Indianapolis Colts.
Phil was born on August 1, 1953 in Bluffton, a son of the late Emerson L. and Wanda L. (Young) Crago.
He was united in marriage to Jan Gallaway on April 2, 1977 in Huntington. His wife survives.
Additional survivors include two sons: Scott (Brianne) Crago of Murfreesboro TN and James Crago of Huntington; a grandson: Miles Crago of Murfreesboro TN; three brothers: David (Mary) Crago of Fort Wayne, Greg Crago of Huntington, and Brian (Deb) Crago of Huntington; a sister: Judy (Brian) McCullough of Andrews; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 22, 2024 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Myers Funeral Home Huntington Chapel, located at 2901 Guilford Street, Huntington IN 46750.
Memorial donation can be made out to Donor's Choice of Charity, sent in care to Myers Funeral Home, 2901 Guilford Street, Huntington IN 46750.
