Thomas J. Bell

Thomas J. Bell, 86 of Tempe, Arizona formerly of Orange County, California passed away on January 30, 2019 in Mesa, Arizona at the Banner Desert Medical Center. Tom was a 1951 graduate of Wabash High School. He served in the U.S. Army from 1953-1954. He was a sales representative for Western Wheel in La Mirada, California before his retirement. He will be deeply missed by several nieces, nephews and friends. Tom was born on August 25, 1932 in Wabash, Indiana, the son of Herbert and Freda (Jones) Bell. He was united in marriage to Linda L. Cunningham on February 12, 1983 in Las Vegas, Nevada. His wife survives. Additional survivors include two stepdaughters: Deborah Hewes of Fort Wayne; Valerie (Chris) Hall of West Hills, CA and a sister: Nancy Kulb of Scottsdale, AZ. He was preceded in death by his parents. Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 16, 2019 from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm at the Myers Funeral Home Huntington Chapel, 2901 Guilford Street, Huntington, Indiana. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 16, 2019 at 1:00 pm following visitation at the Myers Funeral Home Huntington Chapel. Interment will be at the Union Cemetery in Huntington County. Memorial donations can be made out to the donor’s choice of charity in care of Myers Funeral Home, 2901 Guilford Street, Huntington, IN 46750.
