William Bill R. Regan

William R. “Bill” Regan, 66 of Huntington passed away at 12:01 a.m. on Thursday, July 19, 2012 at Parkview Regional Medical Center. Bill was a 1965 graduate of Huntington Catholic High School. He worked at Memcor from 1965 until it closed and then he worked at Maranatha in Payne, Ohio, retiring in 2007. He was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church. He enjoyed pipe organs and he helped restore several, including the organ at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, he also enjoyed photography.

Bill was born on April 9, 1946 in Huntington, the son of James J. and Mary K. (Eckenroad) Regan.

Survivors include a son: Chris (Leslie) Regan of Huntington; two daughters: Laura Johnson of Muncie; Jenny (Jeremy) Higgins of Huntington; a sister: Sister Agnes Marie Regan of Mishawaka, IN and seven grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a son: Michael Regan.

Visitation will be held on Monday, July 23, 2012 from 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. at the St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 903 N. Jefferson Street, Huntington, Indiana.

Funeral service will be held on Monday, July 23, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. following visitation at the St. Mary’s Catholic Church with Father John Pfister officiating.

Interment will take place at a later date.
