RICHARD LEE HYSELL, 59, of Proctorville, Ohio passed away Tuesday, March 19, 2013, at St. Mary's Medical Center, Huntington, W.Va. He was born December 2, 1953, in Huntington to the late Haskell and Elizabeth Fellure Hysell. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, David and Donald Graybeal. He was a member of New Hope United Methodist Church, Proctorville. He was employed by Robert L. Dalton Architects, E.L. Robinson Engineering, and Shawn Walker and Associates. Richard is survived by his wife Teri Ann White Hysell; son Richard Aaron Hysell; grandson Colton Eli; granddaughter Dakota; twin sister Vickie and husband Dennis Dunford of Proctorville; special niece Donna Kay Adkins of Huntington; and many nieces, nephews, and friends. Funeral service will be conducted noon Friday, March 22, 2013, at Hall Funeral Home by Pastor Dwayne Shugert. Burial will follow in Woodmere Memorial Park, Huntington.
