Its on this memorable day I reflect on all our get togethers and the most wonderful woman I have ever known besides my mother.. oh, and my wife. memories make me smile, you're still with me Ma.

Thinking of the Wilcox family on this anniversary of Jean's passing. She truly was a remarkable lady and a wonderful friend to our family.

We are so sorry for your loss of Grammie. Our family is keeping your family in our thoughts and prayers. What an amazing person and what a remarkable life. Sierra was so blessed to have a Great-Grammie...her one and only great grandparent. Grandmas hold our tiny hands for just a little while, but our hearts forever. Sending love and hugs to you all.

Nancy, I was so sad when I opened the paper and saw that your mom had passed away. She was always so sweet and loved you all so much. I always think of her when I drive by her old house that’s been renovated. I’m hoping you know she lived a long, full life. Keep your memories close and know she loved you very much. May God grant solace to all who grieve for Jean. May they find comfort in their memories of her love and the knowledge that she has been welcomed to heaven. I especially pray for her family and remember fondly my "Hayes Rd. other mom."  Rest in Peace Jean, 

To my other family, I offer my most sincere condolences on the passing of Mom. She was a spectacular lady and mother, and I will carry her love with me forever. Dearest Momma, not a day will go by that I will not think about you, and miss you for the rest of my life. Thank you for loving me unconditionally and teaching me how to be the best Mom to my Girls. Heaven is now even a greater place with you in it. I love you Mom, give Dad, Glen and Greg a big hug for me.

When I think of Aunt Jean, I remember a beautiful lady whose smile and laughter was so genuine!  She was a gentle soul who loved her family.  I am truly blessed to call her my aunt.


I can still picture her naturally blonde curly hair.  Riding bikes to the Beer's Farm and haying was something we truly enjoyed together.  She was always pleasant and good natured and her natural  beauty did not go unnoticed by all the boys.  I remember when she rented at the Kennedy Compound and we laughed as people would go by and wave because they thought we must be important.  We laughed as we so often did together.  I only have fond memories of Jean.  (quoted to my son)

Perhaps the kindest woman I have ever known.  We knew to visit with Aunt Jean and the Wilcox clan was always going to be fun and full of laughs.  She may have been soft spoken but unlike many of us what she said was worth listening to.  As a young boy she made me feel like I was important and that continued with each subsequent visit. My last visit with her, was with my mom who always loved Jean and they reminisced for a couple hours. I have to say I enjoyed it as much as they did.  RIP sweet lady

What an amazing woman, wife and mother. Always had the sweetest smile. I was lucky enough to sing at the nursing home once and she was so happy and truly loved the music. And the staff truly enjoyed her. My condolences to your family as she will truly be missed. ❤

I have known Jean for over 55 years and her family were very close friends. We have many fond memories .
  My sincere sympathies go out to Gary, Nancy and her husband as well as Diane and her family.
  May she Rest In Peace with her husband Ed “ Buzz”,  her boys, Glen and Greg.

Awwwww I love you momma. You were certainly the Best mom in the world. You loved your music, loved harmonizing with the singers that came into the nursing home to Entertain,  Loved playing Yahtzee. What didn’t you love. You meant so much to all and set a wonderful example to all whom met you. Such a sweet sweet lady. Will miss you so much momma. I love you ❤️
