Maureen Ann Shea

Maureen Ann Shea, 58, of W.Yarmouth, MA and Naples, FL passed away from a heart attack at Naples Community Hospital on Monday, October 18, 2021. She was the loving daughter of Helen Elizabeth (Miller) Shea.

Maureen was born and raised in Hyannis, MA. She was a graduate of Barnstable High School (1981).

For over 20 years, Maureen traveled between Cape Cod and Florida working for Spanky’s Clam Shack (Hyannis), The Dolphin Restaurant (Barnstable Village) and Pawnbroker Restaurant (Fort Myers).

Maureen was an avid sports fan; she played ice hockey for Cape Cod Aces and was a devoted Boston Red Sox fan.

Her father, Robert E. Shea, predeceases her. In addition to her mother Helen, Maureen is survived by her brothers Thomas Shea of Hyannis, MA and James Shea, his husband Richard White of S.Weymouth, MA. Maureen will be deeply missed Leslie Jones; her friend since 8th grade and her Florida friends Mary Likte and Bruce Miller.

At the family’s request, burial is private.
