He was the husband of Deborah P. ( Pelkey) Fonseca.
Born in Fall River, son of the late Arthur Costa Fonseca and the late Mary (Massa) Fonseca, he has resided on Cape Cod for most of his life.
Mr. Fonseca had been a House Painter for several years.
He was a Coast Guard and Army Veteran.
