She was born on May 30, 1932 in Rochester, NY to Harold Soule and Marion Soule (Gillette). She was one of 3 children.
Carolyn was a social butterfly, she was a part of the Red Hat Society the Four Seasons and loved dancing at the American Legion.
She spent the majority of her working life working for the government, retiring from the VA Hospital after more than 20 years of dedicated and honorable service.
She is preceded in death by her parents, a brother Richard a sister, Betty, and her oldest son, Michael Griffin.
She is survived by sons; Mark (Tammy) Griffin, and Dan (Jahnna) Griffin, 5 grandchildren; Emily, Christopher, Adam, Trevor and Tanner, 7 great grandchildren and a daughter in law, Margaret Griffin.
There will be a private Family Memorial Service on Tuesday, November 21, 2023.
