Linda Marie Bates

She was born March 16, 1948, in Kansas City, Missouri.

Linda was married to Bob Bates for over thirty-six years and they shared a blended family.

After twenty years of employment at Hallmark Cards Linda retried and worked an additional ten years for the Community of Christ Church.

Linda is preceded in death by her parents, Don and Helen Breckenridge.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Bob, their children Christine, Cindy and Jeremy, granddaughters Lydia and Taylor (Justin), her sisters, Carol McLaughlin and her husband Don and Betty Maday and her husband Kevin and three nieces, four nephews, five great nieces and six great nephews.

Linda was a beautiful sweet soul that frequently brightened the day of family members, friends and often times strangers with her warm smile and an unsolicited sincere compliment.
