Ron grew up in Washington and graduated high school there. After graduating he joined the Navy. He served in the Navy for four years.
After the Navy he worked for Sears and Roebuck for several years. There he met a married Leta Baker. They had a daughter Patricia Ann. They later divorced.
After Sears, Ron went to work for Townley Hardware. There he met and married fellow employee Joyce Tracy.
After he retired, Ron enjoyed painting and refinishing old furniture.
Ron was preceded in death by this parents, five siblings, his daughter Patty and his stepson Jeff.
Ron is survived by two brothers, may nieces and nephews, his wife Joye and the children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren of their Wonderfully Blended Family.
Ron will be cremated with no services at this time. He will later be buried at the military cemetery in Higginsville, MO.
