Teddi Lucinda Wells

Teddi Lucinda Wells, also known as Cindy, passed away on June 23, 2023, in Independence, MO at the age of 63. She was born on February 10, 1960 in Independence. Teddi was a loving and kind individual who cherished family get-togethers, especially during the holidays. She always went out of her way to help others and had a deep love for her children and grandchildren.

Teddi is survived by her sister, Vicky Durbin; her son, Steve Wells; and 11 adoring grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Eddie Cary and Shirley Cary; her husband, Dennis Wells; her son, Sean Wells; and her brother, Rick Cary.

Teddi attended William Chrisman High School and later worked at North Kansas City Hospital for 12 years as an accountant. In her free time, she enjoyed bowling, making jewelry, and following the Young and the Restless soap opera.

A memorial service to honor Teddi's life will be held at Newcomers Noland Road Chapel located at 509 S. Noland Rd. in Independence, MO on Friday, June 30th from 2-4 pm.

In lieu of flowers or charitable contributions, the family kindly requests that you keep Teddi in your thoughts and memories.
