Albert Louis Hunt

Albert Lewis Hunt, age 87, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Saturday, March 23, 2024. Albert was born in Terre Haute, Indiana the son of the late Harold and Clara (Thompson) Hunt. Albert grew up in Terre Haute and graduated from Gerstmeyer Technical High School with the class of 1955. He was a US Army Veteran and he retired from Indiana Gas Company after 39 years where he was a supervisor. He was a longtime caregiver for people in need. He was preceded in death by his parents, his brothers, Walter Leslie Hunt and Oscar Hunt; and his sisters, Bernadine Walker Carter and Lesta "Sally" Butcher. Albert is survived by his sister, Florence Draper and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held at Little & Sons Funeral Home, 4901 E. Stop 11 Road, Indianapolis, Indiana on Wednesday, April 10, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. with visitation 1 hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
