28, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Friday, September 24, 2021. Alyssa was born June 27, 1993 in Indianapolis, Indiana the daughter of Chris Brooks and Jessica Cook.
Alyssa is survived by her father: Chris (Samantha - step-mother) Brooks, mother: Jessica (Willie) Cook, step-mother: Nikki Phipps, son: Shawn Carroll, Jr., grandmother: Jackie Blake, sisters: Taylor Brooks, Mercedees Wilson, Jasmine and Kiley Cook, brothers: Matthew Brooks and Zach Wilson and 2 nieces and a nephew.
Alyssa is preceded in death by her grandparents: Norman Brooks, Linda Brooks Parker and Donna Hanshew.
A visitation for Alyssa will be held Friday, October 1, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Family Funeral Care, Indianapolis, Indiana, followed by a funeral service at 1:00 PM.
Alyssa will be laid to rest in Floral Park Cemetery, Indianapolis, Indiana.
