She leaves to cherish her memory and celebrate her life, significant other, Keith McCoy; parents: Eula Kelly and John Smith; children: Anthony Smith, Dupree Smith, Demetrius Smith; siblings: Johnny Smith, Eric Kelly, Bobby Kelly, Jr, Dina Kelly; 3 grandchildren and a host of loving extended family and friends.

The visitation is Friday, June 12, 2015, 11am - 12pm, with the service at 12pm in Grace Apostolic Church. The burial will immediately follow in Sutherland Park.
