2024. Andy was the son of Charles Emil Lippens, Jr. and Nancy Lucille Lippens, and was born on
February 10,1970.
Andy is preceded in death by his father; Charles “Chuck” E. Lippens, Jr. and survived by his
mother; Nancy Lippens, brother; Charles Emil “Charlie” (Michellé) Lippens, III and nephew
Chase Lippens. Also his brother and sister of the heart, Wade (Jenny) Wingler and Mandy (John)
Goings. Alone with his godmother; Aunt Sherry Bryant, uncle; John Uhrich and cousins; Julie, Sophia and Hannah Richter.
He will be sorely missed by his special Damar caretakers Muzu Draper, Robert Aiken, Emily Swingle, and Jackie Kpodi.
Andy will be remembered for his love of dance parties, pizza parties, and his killer air guitar. If
you knew Andy, you knew pure joy and love. We are all blessed that he was part of our lives.
A celebration of life Gathering for Andy will be held on Saturday, July 13th, 2024, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Bridgeport United Methodist Church, 3105 Bridgeport Rd. Indianapolis, IN 46231, with a Celebration of Life Service at 7:00 PM.
