Angela Rae "Angie" Hayes

Angela Rae "Angie" Hayes, age 42, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Saturday, March 20, 2021. Angie was born December 28, 1978 in Indianapolis, Indiana to Debra (Holden) Dudas and Benny "Bill" Hayes. She was a delightful child, so filled with happiness and magic. Like her favorite Disney character Tinkerbell, she seemed to sprinkle pixie dust everywhere she went. As she grew into a woman, she became quite the fashionista and loved to get all dolled up. She was a girly girl if ever there was one. She loved all kinds of music and enjoyed reading and in recent years became especially interested in politics. She was a graduate of Wheeler Mission's addiction program last summer and was so proud of all that she accomplished there and delighted in her newfound love for God. Angie had a passion for life and people. She loved to love, and especially adored her boys. She was so very proud to be their mother. She was kind and generous and her smile lit up the room. If you met Angie, you couldn’t help but love her. Angie is survived by her sons, Holden Palmer, Aidan Palmer, Kevin Keefe, and Tristan Keefe; mother, Debra Dudas (Keith); father, Benny "Bill" Hayes (Janice); siblings, Christy Jennings (Shawn), Michael Hayes, Brendan Dudas (Maddie), Jimmy Hayes, Linda Hayes, Patrick Hayes, step-siblings, Rob Murphy and Tammy Brees, and many aunts, uncles, nephews, and nieces (whom she particularly adored). Angie was preceded in death by her brothers, Joseph Knecht, Samuel Hayes, and Gary Hayes and her niece, Whitley Hedger. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Little & Sons Funeral Home, 4901 E Stop 11 Road, Indianapolis, Indiana 2pm Sunday, March 28 with a memorial visitation prior from 12pm to 2pm.
