Williams III in Indianapolis, IN. Carlos attended Eastern Star Church and he attended John Marshall Highschool where he was on the Football team. Carlos loved football and played for the C.A.W and P.O.W football leagues.Carlos loved music, was a passionate cook and always made people laugh.Carlos is preceded in death by uncle, Bobby; brother, Terrance; cousins, Charles, Demetrius and Scott; auntie, Patricia; grandparents, Edward & Margaret Senter & Carl Williams Sr.Carlos leaves to cherish his memories, mother Monica K.
