Carolyn Sue Wright was born in Indianapolis Indiana on January 10th1948, the daughter of Frank Edward Legg Sr. and Minnie Alve Wright. Carolyn peacefully departed this life on February 8th 2018 after a glorious evening surrounded by her daughters, brothers, sisters and grandchildren.
Carolyn was a lifelong resident of Indianapolis. She attended St. Bridget Catholic Church and School as well as Arsenal Technical High School. Upon graduation, she was a longtime active member and supporter of St Rita Catholic Church. Before retirement she was most recently employed in the hospitality industry as a cashier. Carolyn was a dedicated Mother, Grandmother, Sister, Daughter, Cousin, Aunt and Friend. Always quick witted and fashionable, she lit up any room and was always the life of the party. But most important to her were her daughters grandchildren and great grandchildren whom she dearly loved to the very end.
Carolyn is survived by her daughters Casandra & Nichole Robinson; Brothers: Caleb Legg & Frank Legg Jr., Sisters: Catherine & Linda Legg; Granddaughters: Jasman Caldwell, Krishae & Tenijah Nelson; Grandsons: Darius Robinson & Christopher Nelson Jr., and five great grandchildren.
