Charles married Karen Rohloff on June 16, 1980. He retired from Davis Homes in 2002. Charles loved playing golf, fishing, and breakfast with his friends. His love for his wife was only surpassed by the love he had for his daughters and his grandchildren.
Charles is survived by his wife of 40 years, Karen; daughters Angela (Wayne) Sexton of Francesville IN, and Elizabeth (Derek) Pieper of Danville IN; grandchildren Liam, Oliver, and Norah Pieper; 3 sisters and spouses, 2 brothers and spouses, 2 sisters-in-law and spouse, and multiple nieces and nephews.
Charles is preceded in death by his parents, stepfather Forrest Corrie, parents- in- law Ralph and Ruth Rohloff, sister Emma Batson, and brother-in-law Richard Rohloff.
At Charles’ request, no services will be held. Memorial contributions can be made to American Kidney Fund or the American Heart Association. He is loved by his family and will be missed very much.
