Service for Mr. Charles Edward Payton will be held, 12:00 pm, Wednesday, August 31, 2022, at Williams and Bluitt Funeral Home Peoples' Chapel, 5252 E. 38th Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, with family present to receive friends from 11:00 am until time of service at 12:00 pm.
