

90, of New Whiteland, passed away on May 4, 2013. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.
Charlie was born in Des Moines, IA on December 22, 1922. He served in the US Army Air Corps during World War II. He was stationed in Alaska where he met his wife, Vada Clark. Charlie married Vada on February 22, 1946; they were married for 66 years.
He worked 40 years as an electrician and plant engineer at Anchor Glass Container (Fairmount Glass). He was an active member at Mt Auburn United Methodist Church.
He enjoyed helping with the newsletter and ushering. He was a member of the Jubilee Masonic Lodge in Whiteland.
Charlie is survived by Karen Kirkpatrick, daughter; Wanda Slater daughter (Jim); Karey Thompson, granddaughter (Jason); Dana McNulty, granddaughter (Zach); Ruth McCoy, sister; and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his loving wife, parents, sister, and brother.
Visitation will be held on Saturday May 11, 2013 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Little and Sons Funeral Home 4901 E. Stop 11 Rd., Indianapolis, IN 46237. A memorial service will begin at 2:00 PM in the funeral home.www.littleandsonsindianapolis.com
