

Charles Arthur Wulf, Jr. "Buddy", 89, died November 4, 2010. He graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Chemical Engineering. Charles served in the U.S. Navy during WWII as a Lieutenant. He married Jacqueline Frost on August 11, 1946 to whom he was married 63 years. He was a researcher for Allisons before joining his brother and father to establish American Valve and Enameling Corporation. He was an entrepreneur establishing a number of other companies. Charles was a contributor to many worthy causes.
Charles is also survived by his sister, Virginia Schwesinger, his children, Deanna D. Lime, Charles A Wulf, III (Li), and Judith C Vahle, MD (Curtis), his grandchildren, Stephen Ball (Laurel), Stephanie Burtner (Beau), Kalu Wu, Deborah Vahle, Jennifer Hardin, Jacqueline Vahle and Eric Vahle, and his great-grandchildren, Christopher Ball, Allie Ball, Kaitlynn Ramsey, Cassidy Ball, Adam Ball, Maison Spaulding and Von Hardin. He was preceded in death by his wife Jacqueline, brother August Wulf, and son-in-law Bill Lime.
Services will be held on Tuesday November 9, 2010 at the Peace Chapel at 11:00 A.M. Visitation will be held on Monday November 8, 2010 from 5:00-8:00 P.M. at the Crown Hill Funeral Home Chapel. Entombment: Community Mausoleum in Crown Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to "Save the Children" 54 Wilton RD., Westport, CT 06880.
