84, passed away August 15, 2013. She was born in Beech Grove, IN to the late Charles and Hessie West.
Charlotte was an administrator for Blue Cross and Blue Shield for over 20 years. She was an avid Indianapolis Colt and Indiana Pacer fan.
Charlotte is survived by her children Steven (Lena) Bohall, Carole Cook, Vickie (Chuck) Ford, Donald (Janet) Bohall, and David (Debbie) Bohall; 11 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held Monday August 19th at 2:00 PM in New Crown Cemetery.
