Charlotte Jane Esmon Bailey Walter 95, peacefully passed away on February 28, 2013. She was born in Indianapolis on April 29, 1917. She was preceeded in death by her husband of 35 years, Maurice E. Walter. She is survived by her sons, Dr. John W. Bailey (Pamela), Robert O. Bailey; grandchildren, Dr. John W. Bailey, Jr. (Lauren), Dr. James R. Bailey (Leeanna), Douglas O. Bailey (Leslie), and Juliana L. Deutsch (Blaine), and 10 great-grandchildren. Charlotte attended Southport High School, graduated in 1933 and was editor of the yearbook. She also attended Indiana Central College. Charlotte was an avid collector of antique milk glass, loved poetry and her family.
