David Alland Herbert, age 65, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Tuesday, September 28, 2021. David was born January 31, 1956 to Norman and Edna Kephart Herbert. David served in the U.S. Marine Corp for 20 years. He worked for Executive Management Corporation for 23 years. David was an avid fisherman, loving grilling out, fixing thing but mostly he loved his family. He is survived by his wife Cathy Wampler Herbert, Sons Jeromy Herbert, Jacob Herbert, Brandon Foxen, daughters Brittani Foxen, Josie Herbert, sisters Angie Jones, Sonja Lee, brother Norman Herbert Jr. and 8 grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife Diana Herbert, son Joshua Herbert.
