Known as �"Big Don†to friends and family he was the general manager at Brad’s Brass Flamingo for 30 years.
Big Don is survived by his wife Tracy Noe, three sons; Kenneth Charles(Amy) Burns, Cory Don (Heather) Noe, and Victor Allen Noe, two daughters; Tia Nicol Noe, Angela Renee Noe Lawson, sister Noretta Campbell of Lafayette, Indiana and brother Victor King of Fort Wayne, Indiana, four stepchildren; William Cody Chandler, Ashley Sylvia, Tiffany Chandler, and Morgan Haines, nine Grandchildren; Megan Fitzgerald, Evan Lawson, Colton Noe, Andra Rhynes, Emma Noe, Arlin Burns, Faith Burns, Dustin Burns, Isabelle Frank (Madison, Hayden, Melachi, Haines, Brooklynne, Delaney), adopted son "JohnJohn" Meredith, and thousands of individuals who were influenced by him as a father figure. He left this world on March 21, 2015 at his home in New Palestine, Indiana surrounded by his wife and children.
