Donna Lee Edwards

84, of Naples, Florida, died peacefully in her Indianapolis home on November 15, 2015. She was born June 18, 1931 in Bedford, Indiana. A 1949 graduate of Bedford High School, she was the senior class secretary and editor in chief of the Pioneer staff. She graduated from DePauw University in 1953. In 1954 she married the love of her life Arthur “Bud” W. Edwards. They met in first grade and attended all 12 years of school together. Donna worked at Fletcher Trust, tutored at Sunnyside TB Hospital and worked for Ford Motor Company. She was a member of North Naples United Methodist Church, Delta Zeta Sorority, Hillcrest Country Club Indianapolis, Indiana, Imperial Golf Club in Naples, Florida, Bonita Bridge at Wiggins and Indianapolis Bridge Center. She loved bowling, golf, bridge, cooking and dancing but her greatest love was her family. Donna is survived by her beloved husband Arthur “Bud” W. Edwards, children Jennifer Lee (Tom) Lipinski, Michael Arthur Edwards, grandchildren Victoria Lee Lipinski and Andrew Jason Lipinski. She is preceded in death by her parents Clyde and Mary (Rach) Lee and brother Robert David Lee. A Memorial Service will be Tuesday, November 24 at 11 am at Feeney-Hornak Keystone Mortuary with visitation an hour before the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Riley Hospital for Children or Hillcrest Foundation. Donna will be remembered as a loving, gracious, generous, kind lady.
