Edna M. Schoolcraft

Our beloved Mimi has left the arms of the love of her life to be held by the one that laid down His life. Edna M. (Weddle) Schoolcraft, age 72, peacefully passed away at her Indianapolis home on Saturday, November 28, 2015. Married to Chuck at age 15, she nurtured a 56 year love affair, that is a model for all to be inspired by.

Edna was a wonderful, loving mom to Cindy and Steve. Children: Cindy (Jeff) Reeter and Stephen (Angela) Schoolcraft; As Mimi, she was a generous, doting, extraordinary grandmother. Grandchildren: Chad, Ryan and Cody Reeter, Cameron and Isabella Schoolcraft; Edna was a loving sister to Alice Weddle Eich.

"Your family is inspired and thankful for your journey of joy. Seeing those heavenly lights, illuminated by that (Christmas) baby boy. You fought the good fight, and finished the course. You kept the faith and received the award. We love you dear "Mimi" and will miss you for sure. But someday we'll see you in heaven – you can give us the tour!"

She was preceded in death by her parents; Killus and Sophia Weddle and brothers, Hoyle, Glenwood, Albert and Alvis Weddle. A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at 1:00 PM at Mt. Pleasant Christian Church, 381 N. Bluff Rd, Greenwood, IN 46142. Pastor Chris Philbeck will be officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Missionary Track Fund, Inc. PO Box 28, Franklin, NC 28744
