He leaves to cherish her memory, wife, Alice Davie McMillin, sons, Lucian O. McMillin II, Darol Davie (Anna), Larry Davie (Brenda), Michael West (Gay), Kevin West (Tammy), daughters, Michelle West- Johnson (Don), Kevtrilla West, Kelley West, brothers, John Phillip McMillin, sisters, Rosetta Mines, Bertha Brown (Timothy), 25 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
His visitation will take place on Saturday, September 12, 2015, 9am-11am, with the Homegoing Celebration commencing at 11am at House of Prayer Community Church. His burial will take place in New Crown Cemetery.
