Elizabeth E. Gawlik

Elizabeth was born in Centreville, Maryland to Charles and Mary Lewis on October 10, 1943. She graduated from Centreville High School and received her RN from Milford Memorial Hospital School of Nursing. She married Thomas Gawlik on May 22, 1965. Elizabeth was a dedicated nurse serving those in need in hospitals, nursing homes and health care facilities across the Midwest. Her community service continued throughout her life including the Jaycees of Beaver Dam, the Knights of Columbus and most importantly her Roman Catholic faith.

Elizabeth is preceded in death by her parents Charles and Mary Lewis and her brothers Charles and John Lewis.

Elizabeth is survived by her loving husband of over 50 years, Thomas Gawlik; her son Michael Gawlik, his wife Mary Ann and their children Morgan and Meredith; her daughter Laura Buckley, her husband Steve and their children Kelsey Molnar (Max) and Nolan; her daughter Tami Earnhart, her husband Chris and their children Asher and Bryce; and her daughter Patricia (Tricia) Seddon, her husband Aaron and their children Riley, Alyssa and Erick.
