Eva Mae Brown Williamson

Eva professed a hope in Christ at an early age and joined New Light Baptist Church under the pastorate of the late Rev. M.M. Allen where she sang in the Youth Choir. Eva's membership was then moved to Friendship Missionary Baptist Church under the pastorate of the late Rev. Arthur Johnson, Jr. where she sang in the Celestial Choir and was a member of the Young Women's Auxiliary.

Eva attended IPS Elementary Schools' number 4 and 75 and graduated from Crispus Attucks High School in 1967. Eva was a member of the Girl's Ensemble and A Acapella Choir. While at Crispus Attucks, Eva studied Cosmetology.

Eva had a great love for children where upon graduation she worked at a local daycare before coming a full-time employee at the Kroger Company.

Eva loved music and had an extensive collection of CDs'.

Eva was a loving grandmother and a loyal friend. She will be missed by her family and friends.

Eva departed this earthly life on December 13, 2018. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Roger Brown. She is survived by her daughters KaLisa Brown, and Brittany Williamson, and nine grandchildren. Sisters: Henrietta Brown, Donna Jones, and Vashti Miller. Brothers: Jerry Wickware, George Wickware and Arvery J. Bush, Sr and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and relatives.
