Faustina Polanco-De-Velez

Faustina, also known as Fao, was born in Aguacate, Esperanza to Aida Esperanza Diaz De Polanco and Herminio Polanco Hiraldo on Febuary 15th, 1955.

Fao dedicated her life to taking care of her family and opening her loving arms to everyone she encountered. She loved and treated others around her like her own children. She was full of life and always had so much love to give. She will be remembered for her contagious smile, constant jokes, and her love for taking care of others. Apart from being a full time caregiver, Fao loved cooking and playing both dominoes and bingo.

Faustina’s life and legacy will forever be treasured by those who loved her dearly, including her mother Aida; her four children Wendy, Gregorio, Yeraldina, and Marille; her four grandchildren, Jasmin, Jimmy, Milani-Lea, Alayna; her two great-grandchildren; Willien and Violet; and host of siblings, nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.

Visitation for Faustina will be held Saturday, April 16th, 2022 from 11:00am to 1:00pm at Crown Hill Funeral Home & Cemetery, 700 W. 38th St., Indianapolis, Indiana 46208, followed by a funeral mass at 1:00 PM.
