63, of Indianapolis, passed away on April 10, 2016. Allen was a 20 year retiree from the USAF and worked at the USPS for 16 years. He is survived by his wife; Bobbie Skaggs, sons; Jason (Sheri) Skaggs and Floyd Allen Skaggs II and daughter; Kelly Skaggs and sister; Sonya (James) Johnson. A memorial gathering will held at Family Funeral Care on Friday, April 15, 2016 from 10:00am-1:00pm with a Memorial Service at 1:00pm.
