a member of Jones Tabernacle A.M.E Zion Church.
She was a noted Jazz and Gospel Singer and Community supporter
She is survived by her husband, Mack M. Strong, mother, Emma B. Mosby, son, Bryan K Johnson, step sons, Mack A. and Manuel M. Strong, daughter, Karla J Austin, step daughter, Muriel D. Bynum (Jimmy), brothers, Winston and Vernon Ward, sisters, Lelenetta Ward and Alyce Foster, 9 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, a host of other relatives and friends.
Services will be held on Saturday, June 4, 2011, 11 A.M at Jones Tabernacle A.M.E. Zion Church, 2510 East 34th Street.
