Helen L. Price-Chandler

Helen was born on January 21, 1952 to parents James and Maggie Lou O'Neal-Price. Helen was a graduate of Crispus Attucks High School (Indianapolis, IN). She was employed as a LPN Nurse for IU Methodist Hospital. After retiring there, she continued to work for both the The Little Sisters of the Poor and Golden Living Center-Brookview.

Helen confessed her love for Christ at a early age. She was a member of New Way Community Church, Indianapolis, IN.

Helen is survived by her daughter Lisa M.Stott-Sharkey (Ronald) and son James G. Gaines, her brother Lester B. Price (Catherine) and sister Anna R. Lander (Jonathan). Nephews Jonathan Lander Jr and Kristopher Lander, great niece Ciara C. Rivera, sister-in-law Roberta Porter with a host of cousins and family members.

Private burial services are being arranged by Crown Hill Cemetery and Funeral Home in Indianapolis, IN. There will be a "Celebration of Life" at a later date.
