Jack L. Edwards, 70 of Indianapolis passed away June 16, 2012. He belonged to Allen Chapel A.M.E. Church. He worked at Tom O'Brien Chrysler Jeep for 44 years as a mechanic. He is survived by his loving wife, Sharon K. Troutner Edwards, son Jackie L. Edwards, Jr., 2 daughters, Vivian Edwards, Nicole Edwards Smith, 3 step daughters, Marshella Jock, Camella Rogers, Jonella Lane, 3 brothers, George (Pearl Lee) Edwards, Leon (Jobina) Edwards, Sr., Steve Highbaugh, and sister, Patricia (Kerry) Conwell, and host of grandchildren and step grandchildren and family and friends. Services will be held Saturday June 23, 2012 at Allen Chapel A.M.E. Church 629 E. 11th St. at 11:00 a.m. Calling from 9:00 a.m. Burial: New Crown Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Williams & Bluitt Funeral Home.
