James Richard Felabom

60, of Indianapolis, passed away May 8, 2014. He was born March 29, 1954 in Wabash, Indiana to Richard and Luella (Walters) Felabom. He started his career with K. B. Parish CPA and worked there 18 years, most recently he was a CPA for Haffley, Taylor and Company where he enjoyed working immensely. He was a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church. Jim was a dedicated volunteer at Lord’s Pantry through his church, where it gave him a new passion for helping the poor. He was a follower of Chatard High School cross country and soccer. He was soccer and baseball coach and he never missed a single sporting event of his kids. Jim is survived by his beloved wife Julie (Joray) Felabom, children Molly Felabom, Luke Felabom, sister Jane Ann Middelkauf, Joyce (Ron) Eberly, Jeanine (Pete) Basquin, step sister Dixie Pifer, step brother Richie Felabom and 32 nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Tuesday May 13 from 4 – 8 pm at Feeney-Hornak Keystone Mortuary. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday May 14 at 10 am at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church.
