58, of Indianapolis lost his battle with cancer on October 29, 2013. Mark was a loving Dad, Brother, Papaw, Friend and Firefighter for the City of Indianapolis for over 30 years. He was born on July 2, 1955 in Indianapolis, Indiana the son of Austin and Mildred (Swinney) McKee. He was a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church. Mark is survived by his daughter: Meghan (Justin) Price, son: Mason (Tonya) McKee, sisters: Patti (Mike) Depko and Joy (Charles) McKee-Brown, brother: Mike (Becky) McKee and 3 grandchildren: Keyan, Jayda and Lalya. He is preceded in death by his parents, sister: Theresa Wilcox and brother: Jeffery “Huff” McKee. Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, November 1, 10:00 am at St. Lawrence Catholic Church. Visitation will be Thursday, October 31, 2:00 – 6:00 pm at Feeney-Hornak Shadeland Mortuary. Contributions may be made to American Cancer Society.
