50, of Indianapolis, passed away March 1, 2013. Jeff worked for Hewlett-Packard for the past 10 years as an information technician. Jeff is survived by his daughter: Whitney Hawkins, sons: Chris and Jacob Hawkins, parents: Robert Dale and Patricia (Tunis) Hawkins, sisters: Toni Page and Kristi Koers, brothers: Jerry, Dennis and Gary Hawkins and a grandson: Jayden. He is preceded in death by his brother: Michael. Visitation will be Tuesday, March 5, from 4:00 – 8:00 pm at Feeney-Hornak Shadeland Mortuary. Funeral services will be Wednesday, March 6, 11:00 am in the mortuary. Burial will follow at Washington Park East Cemetery. Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
